Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden, Leiden

The hotel is conveniently located just next to Leiden Centraal Station, making it easy to travel around. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the unusual bathroom layout was a bit of a letdown. The service was generally satisfactory, although there were a few hiccups during our stay. Overall, this hotel is functional but not without its quirks, and I left wanting just a bit more.

The hotel presents an interesting mix of delightful features and a few hiccups. The wellness area is pleasurable and a fantastic retreat, while the staff exude warmth and friendliness, making you feel at home. However, some organization's aspects could use improvement, particularly with the dining service and housekeeping standards. The layout of the bathrooms in the rooms may be a bit unconventional, which could be a downside for some guests.

Although the hotel has a fantastic location right next to the train station and a beautiful pool area on the 12th floor, my experience was quite mixed. The wellness aspects seemed poorly organized, and the dining didn't meet my expectations, particularly with breakfast. However, the room was comfortable and clean enough, with helpful staff throughout my stay.

My stay at the Fletcher Wellness Hotel was quite disappointing overall, primarily due to the poorly arranged facilities and cleanliness issues. While I did enjoy the decent breakfast and the somewhat comfortable room layout, the presence of bedbugs made my stay unbearable. The location, although a hassle to navigate, did allow for access to the city center after some extra walking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
